Slowbro was a pain in the ass to fight but I never thought it was good enough to use. He'd always use Amnesia and like Light Screen or some shit and his HP and defense was just ridiculous so you'd be smashing it in the face with Solarbeam and he'd be like "huh what" and fire Psychic at you.
