I love Koffings skull design on his belly but that pretty much ends my list of things I like about Koffing. He's another one of these no-arm Pokemans that can't learn good moves so he makes up for it by trolling with poison and smokescree, plus he's got Levitate so he doesn't even have a weakness to ground which is bullshit.
